HP HOPE is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Close the Loop (CTL), one of HP’s Licensed Refurbishment Partners and a leader in sustainable IT asset recovery and refurbishment.

Thanks to this exciting collaboration, CTL will not only donate refurbished HP PCs directly to HP HOPE, but has also become our preferred partner in the United States for the refurbishment and secure data wiping of PCs donated by our corporate partners.

All refurbishment work is carried out at CTL’s advanced facilities, fully aligned with HP’s highest standards for quality, data security, and environmental sustainability. This ensures that each device delivered through HP HOPE is safe, reliable, and ready to create impact.

The partnership is already producing tangible results. CTL has completed its first direct donation of 25 refurbished laptops, enabling digital access for 100 individuals through the U.S.-based nonprofit Innovation for Gospel. In parallel, 219 devices donated by AMD through HP HOPE have been expertly refurbished by CTL and distributed to YMCA USA, supporting the creation of six digital hubs in six locations across the country. These hubs are expected to empower over 10,000 individuals with digital inclusion and future-ready skills — a true testament to the power of collaboration.

This growing partnership reinforces the strategic relationship between HP HOPE and Close the Loop, while advancing our shared commitment to digital equity, circular innovation, and social impact.
