How it works: the full donation journey

HP will collect the selected PCs (specific criteria and models only) from the donor and cover the refurbishment and logistics costs.

The PCs are shipped to the HP refurbishment partner where data sanitization, cosmetical and functional refurbishment are performed, according to HP quality standards, and when economically viable.

Once the PC refurbishment process is completed, a data sanitization and performance certification will be sent to the donor, at donor’s request.

The refurbished PC will then be shipped to the agreed selected beneficiary recipient.

After the beneficiary recipient receives their donated refurbished PC, a donation certificate will be sent to the donor, at donor’s request.
